Zotero
文献管理，我的最爱，也可以保存和整理网页。它和EverNote、JabRef是我管理文章和笔记的三大利器。ps：谁让Reference Manager, Bibleliograph等重量级软件都要钱呢
Google NodeBook
做笔记用，可以截取部分HTML页面。不顾，EverNote可以替代，但不免费
Clipmarks
可以截取部分页面，比Zotero强。但毕竟不是个文献管理工具
